30 years ORAT experience

Munich Airport was the first airport in the world to develop and apply the ORAT framework to tackle delays, operational constraints, cost overruns and contractual risks on large-scale projects of all different types, including airports, airlines, cargo, catering, maintenance, etc. This methodology conceived by the MUC team has proven so successful that since then it has been widely used by airports and airlines across the globe.

The Munich AirportAcademy was established in 1992 and developed itsself into an internationally recognized training center and full-service training provider at Europe´s only five-star airport.
