ORAT International Training Courses

Did you know that Munich Airport pioneered the structured ORAT methodology that later became the global standard for operational readiness?

The world’s first ORAT project was delivered during Munich Airport’s transition from Munich-Riem to the new airport in 1992 - a complex overnight operation led by the operations planning teams. Since then, this approach has been applied and refined across airport openings and transitions worldwide for more than 30 years.

ORAT training at Munich Airport

Developed by Munich Airport experts who have successfully delivered Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) projects around the world, this training program offers a fresh perspective on proven ORAT methodologies combined with a compact, hands-on transfer of real-world expertise.
