Introduction to Airport Operations

This intensive on-the-job-training provides essential understanding of airport operational complexities, discussing role of systems, stakeholders and their mutual interfaces. Onsite visits and exposure to life-operations at MUC will reinforce the theoretical knowledge.

The course is dedicated to industry Airport Operations and Safety staff, industry new joiners and as a refresher to experienced employees, who require systematic and structured overview of airport operational components, combined with first-hand insights from Munich Airport best practices.
