André Schunck, IAP, is a Senior Manager International Training at Munich AirportAcademy and a recognised expert in Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT).
With nearly 30 years of professional experience, he has led international ORAT projects and consulting engagements worldwide, bringing deep expertise in airport and airside operations, safety management, ground handling, and baggage handling systems. Known for his hands‑on, practical approach, André provides real‑world operational insight to support successful airport openings.
As an ACI Instructor he leads Passenger Experience trainings worldwide and partners with airports to elevate service quality and improve operational performance.

Joern Krafft
About Joern
Joern Krafft, IAP, is a Senior Consultant and Trainer specialising in Airport Operations, ORAT, Ground Handling, and Baggage Handling. With almost 30 years of experience in international aviation projects, he combines strategic thinking with hands‑on operational expertise.
He has played key roles in major airport openings and transition projects worldwide, such as Hamad International Airport in Doha, Sofia Airport, Istanbul Airport, and Newark Liberty International Airport. Joern has led ORAT programs, terminal operations, baggage handling strategies, and airside operational concepts across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
He focuses on developing competencies, optimising processes, and empowering airport teams globally.
