August 2025 - Munich AirportAcademy, in collaboration with ACI World (Airports Council International), recently delivered the Passenger Experience Management (PXM) Course for the Riyadh Airports Company for the fourth time - marking another milestone in our international training journey.
Over five intensive days, 20 emerging talents from Riyadh Airports explored the core dimensions of passenger experience, including:
- Strategic PXM planning
- Corporate culture and human resource management
- Passenger journey mapping
- Auditing and customer experience measurement
- Passenger personas and action planning
