Training Programs for Airport Professionals

October 2026- The Munich AirportAcademy has published its ACI training portfolio for 2027. Airport professionals from around the world can now register for several internationally recognized ACI training courses taking place in Munich throughout the year. The program covers key areas of Airport Management, Operations, Communications, and Passenger Experience, providing participants with practical knowledge aligned with current industry requirements.

The 2027 course portfolio includes:

  • Implementing Annex 14: Advanced Aerodrome Design and Operations

    As an ACI Accredited Training Partner, Munich AirportAcademy offers internationally recognized training programs for airport professionals at its training facilities in Munich. 

    Among the courses available in 2027, the ACI Passenger Experience Management course stands out for its focus on customer-centric airport operations and service excellence. Participants learn practical approaches to enhance the passenger journey and create measurable value for both travelers and airports. This course is delivered exclusively by Munich Airport on behalf of Airports Council International (ACI)
