Current information of ID Card Office and Key System Management Office

Please note that due to the current situation, the opening hours of the ID Card Office and the Key System Management Office have changed (until further notice). The access is only permitted with a mouth-and-nose protection.

Opening hours ID Card Office:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm
Friday: closed

The service points are still open 24/7.

Opening hours Key System Management Office:

Tuesday to Thursday: 9 am – 2 pm

Airport ID card and vehicle pass

The airport ID card is for identification and allows the user to enter particual security areas, depending on the colour of the ID card.

With the vehicle pass and an apron drivers licence you are allowed to drive a car within the security area. Please read the airport ID card application for further information and requirements for the application of a vehicle pass.

You can pick up your airport ID card/vehicle pass at the ID Card Office MAC.

Keys and I-Button

After receiving the airport ID card, you can request a key or I-Button.

The key or I-Button for access to your work area can be picked up at the Key System Management Office (Terminal 1, Level 03, Arrivals B) on presentation of a valid key application.
