Wages and salaries are based on the public sector payscales (incl. travel allowance, annual bonus, company pension) or other collective agreements (depending on the individual company). Interns receive non-payscale remuneration.

In our canteens, employees enjoy freshly prepared meals and menus that change daily. All employees receive a 50 percent employer subsidy.

Many shops at the airport and in the surrounding region have special offers for our employees. They are also eligible for many travel offers at special prices. For travel with public transportation, we provide a subsidy for MVV and DB tickets.

Career and family

We have operated a child care center for the children of our employees in cooperation with the Red Cross since 2008. Holiday activities include arts and crafts, bake-you-own-pizza, and excursions into the surrounding region.


Employees can work up a sweat in the staff fitness studio and extensive program of classes offered, such as Pilates and spinning. We also provide ergonomics consultations to plan workplaces that help to maintain long-term health. Another important priority is employees' overall wellbeing.
